The shell structure of Sensor Housing and Enclosure is optimized based on the internal component layout, wiring method, and sealing points of the five mainstream sensors (temperature, pressure, mechanics, gas, and flow), and it is equipped with standardized assembly slots, waterproof interface for leads, and heat dissipation cavities. It can be adapted to different industrial conditions such as industrial sites, municipal monitoring, fluid pipelines, and precise detection, without encountering common problems of general enclosures such as redundant internal space occupying components, misaligned opening positions, or assembly jams. The structural design ensures the stability of sensor detection values and reduces the probability of signal drift.
Based on the customer's usage scenarios, three types of base materials (stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and modified engineering plastics) are available for selection. All raw materials come with original material certificates and factory spectral inspection reports. The metal shell undergoes anodizing and passivation anti-corrosion treatment, and the plastic shell uses modified raw materials that are resistant to high and low temperatures and aging. The finished products undergo dustproof and waterproof sealing tests. The shell can resist moisture, acid and alkali fog, dust accumulation, and mechanical vibration and shock, significantly reducing the probability of sensor core body being eroded and damaged by the external environment, extending the overall lifespan of the sensor, and reducing the customer's later component replacement and operation costs.
Relying on our own self-developed CNC precision processing, precision injection molding, and integrated stamping production lines, the shell threads, sealing end faces, and installation fixation holes are controlled to micrometer tolerances. The size dispersion value of the same batch of production products is extremely low. Whether it is small-batch sample prototyping or large-batch foreign trade bulk supply, the interchangeability of each shell is unified. The assembly line of the customer's production line does not need secondary grinding and repair, effectively improving the overall assembly efficiency of downstream manufacturers, and meeting the assembly operation standards of automated production lines.
We can undertake deep customization requirements such as non-standard shapes, special protection grades, exclusive installation structures, logo engraving, internal shielding structures, etc. Our engineers will provide shell structure schemes based on the customer's equipment drawings, usage environment parameters, and protection grade requirements. They will quickly output prototype samples to verify compatibility and control the entire process from factory molds, processing, and quality inspection. There is no need to connect with third-party outsourcing manufacturers, shortening the implementation cycle of the customization project and flexibly matching the supply rhythm of customers' new product research and equipment iteration.
The factory has obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification. All factory-produced shells can provide factory size inspection reports, salt spray test reports, RoHS environmental testing documents, and corresponding customs clearance materials for overseas export orders. Each batch of products undergoes first-piece inspection, process inspection, and full inspection in three quality control stages to prevent defective products from flowing into the shipment process. The qualification documents are complete, meeting the requirements of industrial project bidding and equipment export compliance reviews, and enhancing the official credibility of cooperation.
We eliminate the middleman markup环节 and rely on our own factory and large-scale production capacity. We set tiered factory prices for sample procurement, small-batch replenishment, and large-batch long-term cooperation. Long-term contract customers can enjoy fixed supply discounts. Compared to the trade buyer model, customers not only have lower single-item procurement costs, but the cost advantage of large-batch stockpiling will be further amplified, helping the partner optimize material procurement budgets and enhance the market competitiveness of the product at the terminal price.
The factory is equipped with standardized finished product storage areas and regular stock of common shells. Common models can be quickly packaged and shipped. Customized products are assigned to production stations according to project schedules, and stable shipping logistics channels via sea and air transportation are coordinated. Based on years of foreign trade shipping experience, we can avoid common problems such as cross-border logistics detention and delayed delivery in advance. We strictly fulfill the agreed delivery dates and will not delay the production progress of the customer's complete machine due to production capacity fluctuations or external cooperation schedule issues.
In addition to the regular after-sales return and exchange, damaged replacement services, we have dedicated shell structure technical specialists who can assist customers in solving practical problems such as shell assembly compatibility, sealing failure, and electromagnetic shielding optimization. Corresponding production records of each batch are retained after shipment. If the customer later encounters usage abnormalities, they can quickly trace the production data to locate the problem. Different from suppliers who only sell, we aim for long-term cooperation and operation, and follow up on all technical requirements during the product's usage cycle. We build a solid foundation of transaction trust.
